01Full programme

09:30 · Departure from Trapani

Meet at BOX 03 on Banchina Marinella by 09:00, about 100 m from the fire station. After boarding, leave Trapani for the Egadi Islands.

Board the yacht Cloe for the crossing.

10:15 · Cala Azzurra & Bue Marino

Discover the turquoise water of Cala Azzurra and Bue Marino, where old tuff quarries overlook a seabed of aquamarine and indigo. Swim or snorkel when conditions allow. Continue to Cala Rossa for another stop among clear water and colourful fish.

Cala Rossa & Sicilian tasting

After the stop at Cala Rossa, enjoy a tasting of typical Sicilian products included in the price, with a glass of wine. Water is available throughout the excursion.

Favignana · 1 hour 30 minutes ashore

Enjoy 1 hour 30 minutes independently on Favignana. Walk through the traditional village, discover the island’s tuna-fishing heritage, taste local food or spend time at the beach near the port. Bicycle hire and visits to the former Florio tuna factory are independent extras.

15:30 · Crossing to Levanzo

Leave Favignana for an approximately 20-minute crossing to Levanzo.

Levanzo · Cala Fredda or Cala Minnola

Admire the Mediterranean village with its white and turquoise houses and the Faraglione. Choose the more suitable of Cala Fredda and Cala Minnola for a final swim, according to the conditions.

18:00 · Return to Trapani

Begin the return crossing around 17:30 and arrive in Trapani at approximately 18:00.

Timings and duration are approximate. The captain decides the route according to sea and weather conditions; swimming stops depend on conditions. Please follow the crew’s announcements.

02Parking in Trapani

Banchina Marinella / Via Ammiraglio Staiti: paid municipal blue-line spaces. Arrive before 09:00 for the best chance of a space. The published rate is €1 per hour; bring about €9 in coins or use Dropticket / EasyPark. Check the current signs on arrival.

Via Ilio free parking is about 750 m from the ticket office. Allow time to walk to the boat. It is unavailable on Thursdays because of the weekly market.

The covered Parcheggio Multipiano ATM in Via Trento is about 450 m from the ticket office, open 24 hours and staffed by ATM Spa Trapani. It is paid parking; information: +39 0923 582439.

Swimwear, towel and sun protection are useful for the day at sea. Bring a snorkelling mask for the swimming stops and cash for the protected-area entrance fee.

  • Transfer to the meeting point.
  • Egadi Marine Protected Area entrance fee: €2.50 per paying passenger, paid separately in cash before boarding and already counted in the starting total shown.
  • Anything not listed as included.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Booking & cancellation.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure

Requests can be made until 48 hours before the excursion; we will confirm availability. Arrive 30 minutes before departure. The vessel cannot wait for late guests, and late arrival is not refundable.

Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before departure. After that, until 24 hours before departure, no refund is available but a personal voucher for the amount paid is issued, valid for 2 years. Within 24 hours of departure, or if you miss the boarding deadline, neither a refund nor a voucher is available.

Bad weather

  • If we have to cancel the tour (weather alert, force majeure or an order of the authorities), you choose between a new date and a full refund of what you paid.
  • The guide may change the route on the day, according to weather and safety conditions.

Massimo really knows a lot of things about everything we asked not only about mount Etna but also a lot of different things like living in Sicilia, the cities, the history. We were really excited about the trip and we are not disappointed at all so I highly recommend booking the tour with Max.
