Most of our tours can also be conducted privately if requested at the time of booking. In this case the vehicle and guide will be exclusively at your disposal.

Our tours can be conducted safely even during an active eruption. If for specific reasons it is not possible to make the excursion we will contact you in advance to notify you.

Each situation is evaluated individually. We check the weather forecast for the next day on a daily basis, in case of particularly bad conditions it may be necessary to cancel the excursion, in which case we will notify you immediately.

During our tours we use vehicles that can carry up to 8 passengers. We generally try to schedule tours with smaller group sizes or with multiple guides available so that groups can be split up.

If you have chosen a tour where lunch is included and you have any food allergies or intolerances let us know at the time of booking so we can inform your group leader of your needs.
